HISTORY AND VISION

It all started 10 years ago at 55,000 feet above the Carribean Sea off the coast of Cuba. A typical day for Captain Jamison enroute to Brazil; at the helm of yet another 747 with plenty of time to think about the next big adventure. It was about this time that we believe he asked the question “What if”?

“What if we could provide Sioux Falls with a new development company that rose to a higher standard by establishing beautiful neighborhoods rather than just another housing development. A place where people could build the home of their dreams and feel secure about the investment they have made.

Driven to pursue the possibilities. Some ten years later, the question, “What if” has become “what’s next”?

A few years after Clayton first asked the question “what if” he looked for a few people to help him with his mission, “to provide the best neighborhoods in Sioux Falls” and met many eager people willing to contribute. Along the way Bob Natz, whom at the time worked at a local architectural firm, became involved. Initially, Bob helped Clayton with a few smaller design challenges facing the young project, but later helped to focus the architectural language that would become the Prairie Hills Neighborhood.

The people of Sioux Falls have understood the possibilities and have made the Prairie Hills neighborhoods the perennial favorite for new home builders and well informed investment minded property owners.
