Clayton Jamison

Clayton has a passion for creating and exploring all the possibilities for unimproved land. Clayton founded the development company in 1998 and is our hands on President. Clayton’s passion is to envision the possibilities for property and turn those possibilities into reality. You can often find Clayton on site running equipment and refining the shape of the land until its perfect. The results have been impressive and as our clients will tell you, second to none.

Robert “Bob” Natz

Bob joined Clayton to open the Site2 office as a Principal and serves as Director of Design and construction while managing the day to day operations of Site2. Bob has a passion for Architecture, and believes everyone benefits from “good design”. Bob’s extensive design and oversight experience on multi million dollar high profile projects in Sioux Falls makes him one of our most valuable assets. Bob has won numerous design awards and is very involved with the community through membership and volunteerism.

Suzanne Jamison-Brude

Although Suzanne has worked with Clayton and Bob several times over the years, she came on board full time with the opening of the downtown Site2 office. Suzanne is an interior designer as well as the Design Review Coordinator for the many developments owned by Site2. In addition, Suzanne serves on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics as Communication and Public Relations Coordinator.

Amber Pockrandt

Amber has many talents and provides assistance to everyone in the office, Plus Amber brings several years of sales and real estate development experience to us. Amber has a great perspective on life and is excited about the future. Her enthusiasm to utilize her experience and abilities has been a great asset to Site2.

Stacy Dilly

Stacy joined Site2 as a project manager/drafter in October 2007. He brings several years of residential and commercial design experience to the firm. Stacy enjoys camping, fishing and swimming with his family. Stacy's talents have been a key reason for our success.
