COVENANTS OVERVIEW
Below is a brief summary of the architectural covenants for the homes within the Prairie Hills Development. A complete copy should be reviewed prior to lot purchase and is available upon request or you can download it here.
Site2, Inc. provides review to each lot owner so that any issues regarding the covenants can be addressed prior to the construction phase. In addition we will provide anyone purchasing within our developments, architectural guidance and will, if requested, provide concept drawings that can then be taken to the draftsman of choice for inclusion into the home's construction.
