Three Fountain Plaza

Among the newest neighborhoods on the southern edge of the City of Sioux Falls. Three Fountain Plaza will be developed with the existing neighborhood in mind. The mixed use development transitions West to East from single family residential to office/commercial space. Well defined subareas with specific allowable uses will support adjacent subareas and create a unique walking neighborhood for the residents to take part in. A mix of retail, leisure, entertainment, dining and cultural offerings is anticipated for the core of the plaza envisioned as an open air.
